These early types are less common with the LDO marking as O. Schickle’s pieces are not only famous for their standard three-piece construction, but also for their one-piece molded pressed versions.
Since they were made rather early in the war, pieces marked LDO from private sales are not common from this manufacturer.
This piece is a three-piece version with a iron core and slightly curved variation .
