EK2 Iron Cross / Eisernes Kreuz 86 – Paulmann & Crone with S&L type frame /very hard to find/ unmarked

This is athe amer a Paulmann & Crone type / always unamarked/

The known feature of this manufacturer is that only unmarked pieces exist (at least not a single marked copy has been found so far)
With this manufacturer, it happens that the pieces equipped with an “iron” inner core are much rarer and much more difficult to find than the non-magnetic versions with a zinc inner core.
This piece is an excellent example of how the manufacturers helped each other, because this piece does not have the well-known zinc core in the P&C pattern frame, but in a frame made by Steinhauer & Lück.
