Schauerte & Hohfeld was a manufacturer based in Lüdensched during the war and had an LDO license (L/54). Pieces from this manufacturer can be found with two markings, the curved and the straight versions. But this the piece a unmarked variant, and they are much rarer than the marked versions an harder to find.
The cross inner core is a magnetic and the interesting, that the inner core was not pressed but cast.
