Friedrich Orth, Wien with PKZ number 15 and used the LDO number L/14 too (these pieces “L/14” are even more rarely available than traditional Orth pieces)
This piece is also an exceptional example of how Orth produced all kinds of variations of the parts he sold and made. (In my opinion, this piece/pieces were made by Rudolf Souval with Orth’s non-magnetic copper core and the typical needle system used by L/14.
Which is again a great example of how diverse the versions are
This cross also contains a handwritten “scratched” inscription, (although this cannot be proven, it is not possible to be sure when it came to the piece) in any case it was found this way from an inheritance in Germany, from where it later came to me.
This cross also contains a handwritten “scratched” inscription,
“DU BIST MEHR ALS ALLES DEIN SEPP”
“YOU ARE MORE THAN EVERYTHING, YOUR SEPP”

We know of several versions of F. Orth, since the number of versions is so wide because he also cooperated with another Viennese manufacturer Rudolf Souval and they sometimes helped each other with “spare parts”
I tried to collect all the existing versions, and I more or less succeeded.
This piece, this type is one of the versions in the collection.
The result of more than 10 years of searching.
These pieces are not very common and are very popular among collectors/maybe that’s why they are hard to find/
