..from 1st March 1941 restrikes of orders
and medals instituted after 30 January 1933 May ,only be delivered for commercial sale in wrappings and Packagings approved by the LDO…the symbol of the LDO is to be used on all…:

These types boxes during the war, for some reason, not many people used this solution outside of the boxes (most likely because the manufacturer would have had to make new tools), so they only displayed the LDO logo on the inside of the box and/or on labels.
Probably for cost-effectiveness, which is why there are not many of these types.
The condition can be said to be very good, all the latches and hinges work perfectly.
